With all of these, we can get a more complete picture of what things can help you improve your health and overall wellbeing.The genetic analysis piece is the foundation of your body's blueprint. I recommend only using whole genome, at least 30x, and ideally a clinical pass instead of a consumer report (e.g. not 23andMe)
